Location. Close to the metro and relatively close to the center. There are many street food places and cafes next to the hostel.
The BAR in the hostel is open until midnight, which is also a plus.
The room is bearable but needs updating. Unfortunately, the mattresses on the bed are terribly old, dirty and damaged, with a collapsing hole in the middle, which you fall into while lying down and which significantly reduces sleeping comfort. Moreover, it is so worn out that it is too soft and collapsing.
The reception staff was inconsistent and did not help customers when problems occurred that were the hostel's fault. So, no care for the customer and no regard for him. Very unfortunately a minus :(.
We wanted to leave the car for a longer time after checking out on the last day and when registering on the first day we were assured that we could pick up the car at 3 p.m. Unfortunately, on the last day we were informed that we had to pick up the car at 1 p.m. and this could not be changed despite our requests and information that we were first informed otherwise. The receptionist was adamant and unfortunately we had to shorten our stay in Vienna. :(
Breakfasts.
I definitely advise against it. They are cold and not good. They are not very diverse and make my stomach hurt afterwards. I don't know if it's the coffee or the eggs being stale.
It's better to buy something fresh in street food places, of which there are many next to the metro station near the hostel.
